HR OFFICER / ADMIN
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Employee Records, Performance Management, Timekeeping
- Office Management: Monitoring office equipment, managing inventory, and handling supplier relationships.
- Communication & Support: Receiving visitors and directing inquiries
- Document & Data Handling: Maintaining, filing, and securing company records, reports, and confidential documents. (Scan and encode passport information, SSP and Visa preparation, SSP report, document monitoring)
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, hotels, resorts and arranging travel logistics.
- Financial Tasks: Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, and processing invoices
Qualifications:
- Must be a Psychology graduate or any related course for HR Officer
- At least 1 year of experience in the field
- Has excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Knowledgeable in all HR functions such as creating contracts, memos, counselling, recruitment, etc.
- Knowledge in DOLE rules and regulations is an advantage
- Must be detail-oriented and dependable, ability to multi-task, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in office applications (MS Office, email,)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Customer-service–oriented mindset
