We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Front Desk Officer to be the welcoming face of our organization. If you enjoy interacting with people, maintaining order, and providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately
Issue visitor passes and ensures proper logbook documentation
Maintain a secure and organized reception area
Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations
Ensure smooth communication and flow of visitors and employees

Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years in college or a Bachelor’s degree (a plus but not required)
No work experience required – fresh graduates are welcome!
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented

Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills
