Job Description
Thrive Life Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and can create a warm and welcoming experience while supporting daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Support front desk and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth client flow
- Assist in promoting services and supporting sales initiatives
- Coordinate with team members to provide excellent client experience
- Preferably a college graduate
- Minimum of 3 years of front desk or customer-facing experience
- Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
- With background in cashiering and handling transactions
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Stable employment history
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Full-time position
- Must be willing to work weekends
