The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS-related processes to support the organization’s manpower and employee administration requirements. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding and exit process, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Hiring and Sourcing- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Coordination regarding staffing and manpower requirements
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background verification
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment activities
- Monitor recruitment timelines and hiring status reports
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare onboarding documents, employee files, and system access requests
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding schedules
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of employee records
- Process employee movements, status changes, and separations
- Coordinate clearance processing, exit interviews, and offboarding requirements
- Generate HRIS and employee movement reports
- Monitor submission of pre-employment and exit documents
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and department heads regarding employee transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, HRIS administration, onboarding, or offboarding
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes
- Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
