The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS-related processes to support the organization’s manpower and employee administration requirements. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding and exit process, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, Hiring and Sourcing
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
  • Coordination regarding staffing and manpower requirements
  • Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment activities
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and hiring status reports
HRIS, Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare onboarding documents, employee files, and system access requests
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding schedules
  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of employee records
  • Process employee movements, status changes, and separations
  • Coordinate clearance processing, exit interviews, and offboarding requirements
  • Generate HRIS and employee movement reports
  • Monitor submission of pre-employment and exit documents
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and department heads regarding employee transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HRIS administration, onboarding, or offboarding
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
