About the Role

As a Project-Based Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers through various support channels, resolve inquiries efficiently, and create positive customer experiences while working with a collaborative team.
This is a 3-month project-based opportunity, ideal for professionals looking to gain valuable customer support experience with a high-performing organization.
What You'll Do- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns accurately while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Stay updated on products, services, and internal processes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- At least a Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage).
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO, contact center, or customer-facing environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable using multiple systems and navigating technology.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Can start as soon as possible.
