Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer concerns
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and standard procedures during customer engagements
- Open to all applicants, including career shifters and first-time BPO applicants
- At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
- Can start as soon as possible
- Competitive salary package ranging from PHP 19,000 – PHP 23,000
