What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
- Basic technical skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
