Job Summary:The Support may be provided through voice (calls) or non-voice channels (email, chat), depending on business needs. The role requires delivering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards
- Maintain high-quality service by meeting performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
- Stay updated on account-specific guidelines, processes, and tools
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate is preferred
- If 2 years in College/Undergraduate, it must have at least 6th months BPO Experience
- Fresh Graduates have a highly encourage to apply (with/without working experience)
