We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.

Within your role, you will:

  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, job boards, and digital platforms, ensuring daily outreach targets are met.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, manage candidate expectations, and ensure alignment with Conectys and client standards.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.
  • Support onboarding by preparing shortlisted candidates, initiating pre-employment checks, and collaborating with the local HR and TA teams.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships through ongoing engagement, actively network within relevant talent communities, and stay informed on market trends and hiring best practices.

  • Advanced English level, at least C1 level (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and continuously self-learn
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
  • Flexible thinking, fast learner, and empathic approach
  • Advanced TA skills: sourcing, language assessment, STAR interviewing
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • End-to-end ownership of complex recruitment projects
  • Consulting mindset and thought leadership approach
