Junior Recruiter

IdeasUnlimited is looking for a dynamic Junior Recruiter who would be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle—posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding—while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Create visually appealing job ads and recruitment materials using Canva
• Manage job boards, social media hiring channels, and applicant tracking
• Assist with employer branding efforts
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Canva for creating designs, ads, and marketing visuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or in any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Must have prior experience working in call center industry.
• Must have experience in HR, specifically recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for creating ads for social media.

Important:

• We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
• The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
• If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
