About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage key accounts across the Visayas Region for Team Ridemax Philippines. This role focuses on executing regional sales strategies, expanding strategic accounts, and consistently achieving revenue targets within the automotive industry, specifically in tires, lubricants, or automotive accessories.This is a full-time position based in Bacolod City.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage, grow, and retain key customer accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and relationship development
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine and optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and an excellent customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements across the region
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or area sales management within the automotive industry (tires, lubricants, or accessories required)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong background in account management and business development
- In-depth understanding of the Visayas market, sales channels, and customer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
