The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations across the entire Negros Area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and developing the sales team to maximize the region's business potential.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements- Graduate of BS Agriculture (Animal Science), Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or any related course.
- At least 36 months (3 years) of relevant sales experience, preferably in the feed industry, agriculture, livestock, or related business.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team.
- Knowledgeable in market analysis, territory management, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the Whole Negros Area.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Experience in field selling and customer relationship management is an advantage.

BACOLOD CITY (CAPITAL), NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Remarks- Area of Assignment: Whole Negros Area (Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental)
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Preferably with experience in the feed, agriculture, livestock, or related industry.
- With strong leadership, sales management, and customer relationship management skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
