  • Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare sales reports, collection reports, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team regarding order fulfillment and deliveries.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of any four-year course; college level with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License Restriction Codes 1, 2, and 3.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to out-of-town areas, particularly Dumaguete and nearby territories.
  • Physically fit and capable of long-distance driving.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of the local market and sales territories is an advantage.
  • Dumaguete Area (Out-of-Town Assignment)
