Posted on 16 June 2026- Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales reports, collection reports, and customer feedback.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team regarding order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Safeguard company assets and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
- Graduate of any four-year course; college level with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
- With at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License Restriction Codes 1, 2, and 3.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to out-of-town areas, particularly Dumaguete and nearby territories.
- Physically fit and capable of long-distance driving.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the local market and sales territories is an advantage.
