About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Building Admin - Leasing to join our residential leasing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Property Leasing Analyst, assist prospective tenants, and contribute to the smooth operation of our leasing process.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the real estate or property management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person.
- Schedule and assist with property viewings or tours for interested applicants.
- Provide information about available units, rental rates, and leasing procedures.
- Distribute and collect rental applications and necessary documents.
- Assist in verifying application information and preparing leasing documents.
- Maintain and update records of prospective and current tenants in the database.
- Coordinate move-in arrangements and assist with tenant onboarding.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in preparing leasing reports as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing tenants.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the leasing team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of real estate or property management is a plus.
