About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Treasury Assistant (Cashier) to join the Finance team in our company. This full-time role will be based in our Angeles City Pampanga office, responsible for handling the company's cash management and providing support to the Treasury function.
What you'll be doing- Manage the daily cash flow and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Process cash receipts, payments, and deposits in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all treasury-related transactions
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Provide support to the Asst. Treasury Manager on various projects and initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external banking partners as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cashier or treasury assistant role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well within a team and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
