Sales Supervisor/ Assistant Manager
About the role
As a Sales Supervisor/Assistant Manager at Comtech Precision Philippines, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and customer satisfaction. In this full-time position based in Mabalacat City Pampanga, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales team's efforts to achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Supervising and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual targets
- Analysing sales data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Providing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Assisting the Sales Manager with various administrative tasks as needed
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive informed decision-making
- Thorough understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
