Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) Team Leader

Salary: PHP 60,000 – 62,000 + 10% Night Differential
Location: Ortigas | Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PHRN Team Leader to lead a high-performing Prior Authorization team supporting a US Healthcare account. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, healthcare operations experience, and the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance while ensuring quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License.
Minimum of 1 year Team Leader experience in a Healthcare BPO environment.
Strong leadership experience supporting a Prior Authorization account.
Experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
Must be amenable to a night shift schedule.
Can start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Healthcare Associates.
Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team huddles.
Ensure compliance with client KPIs, SLAs, and healthcare regulations.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
