Job Description:
- Deliver engaging training, coaching and mentoring sessions that build candidates' communication, professional, and BPO-related skills using adult learning principles.
- Monitor trainee performance, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to learning programs and solutions.
- Maintain accurate training records and stay aligned with recruitment and operational process to support evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- at least 1 year experience as BPO Trainer / Learning Specialist
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email and internet applications.
- Flexible shift schedule
