BPO Team Leader

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Team Leader to oversee and support a team of customer service agents in achieving operational goals and delivering excellent customer experiences. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily team performance, providing coaching and guidance, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring team members have the support they need to succeed.

• Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to meet performance targets and client expectations.
• Monitor team performance metrics, including productivity, quality, attendance, and service levels.
• Support team members with escalations and complex customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setting.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

• Experience handling customer service, technical support, or similar BPO operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Familiarity with performance management and BPO operational metrics.
