HR Manager
Together with management teams, articulates organizational needs, evaluate bench strength, and identify development activities.
KEY RESULT AREAS
・Planning, formulating, and carrying out of related policies, company rules and regulations.
・Implementation of succession planning, workplace learning and development, and performance management.
・Maintaining and managing efficient and systematic control of the creation, receipt, maintenance, use, and disposition of 201 records.
・Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organization’s budget.
・Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Preferred is a college graduate specializing in Human Resources, Psychology or its equivalent
Experience Required:
At least five (5) years work experience in managerial capacity handling human resource, including compensation, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, succession planning and CBA negotiation.
Special Skills Required:
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge in organizational development, conflict resolution, and problem-solving strategies.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices
