You'll be instrumental in managing the administrative backbone of the business while contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The role offers the chance to take ownership of key systems and processes, making a direct impact on the company's success.

Scope:

  • Back office focused role with no client interaction required
  • CRM management and data entry responsibilities
  • Process improvement and business development support
  • Independent contractor arrangement working directly with business owner

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administration work including email correspondence and calendar management
  • Monitor and maintain CRM system (Zoho) with close attention to data accuracy
  • Perform data entry of client information including names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails
  • Handle general back office operations and administrative tasks
  • Support business process development and improvement initiatives
  • Lead administrative workflows and take initiative in process optimization

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho (or similar platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in process development
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to business development support
  • Comfortable working in a back office capacity without client-facing responsibilities
