VIRTUAL INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and operating systems without violating OEM warranties or client security policies.
- Install Windows operating systems using USB and PEX tools.
- Diagnose and resolve Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) and other critical system errors.
- Deploy and manage software using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (MS 365) client applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook accounts, including OST/PST management and Safe Mode troubleshooting.
- Support and maintain anti-spyware and anti-virus applications.
- Utilize ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Landesk, etc., with adherence to SLA timelines.
- Perform Active Directory tasks: account creation, unlocking, password resets, assigning public folder permissions, etc.
- Provide technical support for mobile devices and tablets.
- Assist in network troubleshooting under the direction of Level III or service desk support.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
- Perform Smart Hands support for peripheral and network hardware based on remote instructions.
- Support the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and data cabinets.
- Document incidents, solutions, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Work independently and manage on-site service expectations with minimal supervision.
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with logical and deductive reasoning.
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN environments and basic network architecture.
- Experience with supporting end-users in compliance-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
- Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
- Graduate of any IT related courses.
