MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist – Employee Relations to support our growing operations team.This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who want to strengthen their experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations within a structured and supportive environment.
You will work closely with the HR team and operations leaders to help maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure proper documentation, and support smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Work Arrangement: Nightshift, 4:00PM - 1:00AM; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding
Assist in attendance monitoring and performance tracking
Help document employee relations concerns and support case coordination
Draft basic notices and documentation related to disciplinary processes under HR supervision
Ensure employee records and 201 files are accurate, organized, and updated
Coordinate with internal teams for compensation and benefits processing
Support HR-led employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Maintain compliance with company policies and standard HR procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial-Organizational), or any related fieldAt least 1 year of HR experience in any of the following: Offboarding
Employee disciplineAttendance monitoring
Basic employee relations support
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a night shift schedule
Experience in employee relations or case documentation is an advantage but not required.
