HR Specialist
Job description:
The HR Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, performance management, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews).
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and documentation.- Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.- Benefits & Compensation
Administer employee benefits programs.
Assist with payroll coordination and compensation reviews.
Respond to benefits-related questions.- Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist managers with goal setting and employee development plans.
Monitor performance improvement plans (PIPs).- Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of records.- Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs.
Identify learning and development needs.
Track training participation and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience (Generalist or Specialist background).Job Type: Full-time
