NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Kawit, Cavite. This is a full-time position offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and organisational growth of our company.As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisational development initiatives, ensuring our people practices align with our business objectives, and supporting our workforce to achieve their full potential. What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing organizational development strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement, capability, and performance.
- Conducting organizational assessments and diagnostic activities to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Designing and delivering training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Facilitating change management initiatives and supporting teams through organizational transitions.
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including job profiling, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Analyzing HR data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Collaborating with departmental managers to address people-related challenges and implement solutions.
- Supporting employee relations activities, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development or people development.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs or development initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to inform recommendations.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
