HR Specialist - Remote (Project Based)
The HR Specialist provides end-user assistance with a friendly, helpful approach, answering questions, providing information, and escalating more complex inquiries to the appropriate resource for resolution.
As a ResultsCX HR Specialist, you will be supporting all ResultsCX employees globally using a variety of resources and tools including, but not limited to the HRIS, ResultsCX Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Subject Matter Experts in HR and other departments, Government publications and other legally binding documents.
For incident management, HR Specialists will support the resolution of entry to mid-level complexity. With increased proficiency levels, HR specialists possess the credibility and confidence to train ResultsCX Customers as required and assist on updating Helpdesk Runbooks and Manuals to constantly update operating procedures based on ITIL standards and best practices.
In addition to assisting customers, HR Specialists may also perform clerical support tasks such as filing and organizing documents, coordinating with staff, and maintaining records in adherence to the company's policies and regulations. HR Specialists may possess proficiency or higher-level skillsets acquired through different certifications or training as part of their scope.
Required Education and Experience- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years in HR Support Role.
- Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry.
- Some college coursework completed in Business or Human Resources disciplines.
- Experience working in a contact center environment.
- Experience providing administrative and general HR support.
