Safety & Security Officer (For Applicant Pooling)

About the role

This is a full-time Safety & Security Officer role based in Cebu Central Visayas. As a Safety & Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors within the company's premises.

1. Responding to and reporting any safety & security incidents or suspicious activities
2. Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of safety & security policies and procedures
3. Providing a visible safety & security presence and deterring potential hazards and threats
4. Collaborating with local authorities and emergency services as needed

1. A Bachelor's degree graduate, with at least 3 years of experience handling occupational safety and corporate security
2. A strong understanding of safety & security principles, procedures, and best practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and visitors
4. Attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and vigilant
5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents
6. A valid safety officer certification (e.g. BOSH)
