PORT FACILITY SECURITY OFFICER / SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

College Graduate, preferably with related professional experience as police or military officer or security officer
Preferably a certified security professional and certified port facility security officer
Preferably with permit to carry firearms
2-3 years of experience in supervisory level; proven ability to direct and motivate staff and to work as a team member
Must have completed Maritime Transport Security Officer Course
Completed training on Basic Port Facility Security (ISPS Code) Awareness for Security Guards and other Personnel
Excellent Flexibility / Adaptability skills
Excellent Problem Solving / Decision making skills
Good Communication skills
Excellent Critical thinking skills
