Licensed Civil Engineer

At least 10 years of working experience in construction management or similar role

Knowledge of building products; construction details relevant rules and regulation and quality standard

Ability to multi-task

Excellent leadership skills w/ demonstrated ability to plan activities, solve conflict, manage crisis

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good time management and keen to details

Qualifications/Requirements

Oversee planning, executes delivery of Projects

Demonstrate knowledge of all areas in construction

Clear understanding of what owner/management wants to achieve

Agreeing and keeping timescales,costs,resources needed to deliver the projects

Selecting,leading and directing a multi-disciplinary team

Project monitoring and reporting

Keep owner updated

Overseeing several projects at the same time

Communicating w/ all levels-staff & owner

Negotiating with contractors and suppliers, as needed

Organize logistics and delegate work
