Junior Civil Engineer for DAVAO CITY Assignment

Position: Junior Civil Engineer

✔ Fresh graduates or engineers with 1–3 years experience in residential or commercial projects

✔ Knowledgeable in:

• Floor plan design and layout
• Preparation of Scope of Work with costing and estimates
• Basic project documentation

✔ Advantage if skilled in:

• BOQ / BOM preparation
• 3D rendering or walkthrough (Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar)

• Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and plans
• Support in Scope of Work preparation with pricing
• Assist in BOQ/BOM preparation
• Participate in site inspections, client meetings, and lot assessments
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Work Requirements

✔ Willing to travel anywhere in Davao for client meetings and site inspections

✔ Willing to:

• Stay overnight at project sites (bunkhouse or site accommodation)
• Use public transportation when necessary
