Position Overview
We are seeking a disciplined, performance-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation for a fast-growing U.S. technology firm specializing in AI-driven software and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
In this role, you will act as the initial point of contact, cold-calling independent dealership owners and decision-makers across the United States. Your primary objective is to engage prospects, identify organizational friction points, and secure qualified product demonstrations for our senior closing team.This position is focused entirely on pipeline generation, not closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Outreach: Execute multiple outbound calls per day using a modern cloud-based power dialer.
- Prospecting & Navigation: Systematically navigate gatekeepers to connect directly with dealership principals and General Managers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective dealership needs and align them with our software’s capabilities.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and book qualified product demos directly into the closing team's calendar.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain rigorous data hygiene by logging every interaction and follow-up action accurately within the CRM.
Performance Metrics & Success Targets:
- Daily Call Volume: 125–150 dials
- Daily Qualified Conversations: 5–10 connections
- Daily Scheduled Demos: 2–5 booked meetings
- Data Integrity: 100% accurate CRM documentation
- Resilient & Professional: Undeterred by standard cold-calling rejection; maintains a calm, corporate composure under pressure.
- Executive Presence: Confident holding peer-to-peer business discussions with veteran automotive business owners.
- Process-Driven: Methodical with documentation, timely follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Coachable: Receptive to strategic feedback, data analysis, and continuous performance iteration.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Native or near-native English fluency (written and oral communication).
- Proven track record in B2B cold calling, corporate appointment setting, or outbound tech sales.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business objections.
- Dedicated, distraction-free home office setup with high-speed fiber internet and a noise-canceling USB headset.
- Full availability to work fixed night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms.
- Prior exposure to the automotive or dealership software sector.
- Familiarity with enterprise CRMs and predictive power dialers.
Compensation & Career Trajectory:
- Base Salary: Starting at ₱35,000.00/month (open to negotiation for candidates with exceptional B2B SaaS experience).
- Incentive Structure: Structured, uncapped commissions consisting of a per-appointment show bonus and a conversion bonus on closed contracts.
- Advancement: Clear, merit-based promotion tracks into high-ticket closing roles (Account Executive) based on performance metrics.
