URGENT HIRING!

We are looking for a talented Leasing Associate to perform a variety of marketing and generating qualified leads and administrative tasks providing support to clients, tenants and management

• Provide and perform administrative support to clients and Management in related to leasing
• Create and design digital marketing content like graphics, audios, videos, infographics, and other digital media formats through social media channels and ensure all designs are visually appealing, and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Develop and implement digital marketing content, advertising strategies and campaigns in collaboration with other team members to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor new trends in various industries such as influencers, entrepreneurs, and apply that knowledge to create effective content and to maintain blog posts and newsletters about company updates, new listings and services offer
• Timely posting of listings through social media and other digital channels and Proactively response to prospective client’s inquiries (Phone Calls, Text Messages, Leads from Website/page, Email, Social Media, other media platform) and identify potential leads within our target market
• Collaborate with Leasing specialists and management providing timely marketing support and help facilitate smooth leads and seamless communication to convert leads into new lease accounts.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree
• At least 1 year of working experience in marketing, leasing, or any real estate related is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in Google Drive apps, and Canva editing
• Willing to be assigned in Guadalupe Cebu City
