Is currently looking for:

LEASING STAFF

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred.
• With experience in the field of food market,
• Has knowledge on leasing transactions,
• Has knowledge in preparing agreements and memorandums,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and willing to extend work beyond office hours,
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple task.
• Dependable, self -motivated, and able to work independently or part of a team
• Can handle pressure with regard to work.
