The Leasing Officer directly reports to the Leasing Manager. The Leasing Officer primarily oversees the day-to-day operations of Mandani Bay Retail areas. Responsibilities includes interacting with potential tenants, showcasing properties, addressing inquiries, and managing the application process.

As the first point of contact for tenants, the Leasing Officer also coordinates schedules for meetings with the Leasing Head.

Qualifications/Requirements

Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing and Communication.
With at least 3 years of related experience in leasing and account management.
Willing to work onsite at HTLand, Inc. Mandani Bay, Mandaue City, Cebu.
