Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting our recruitment, outsourcing, manpower, and technology solutions. The role involves lead generation, client presentations, proposal preparation, account management, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, HR solutions, SaaS, or technology services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
