Lead Generation & Business Development:
Strategically plan and oversee all lead generation initiatives, including on-ground activations.
Supervise and mentor the sales team in executing outbound calls, social media engagement, and referral programs. Develop innovative strategies to expand the member base and strengthen SFL’s market presence through creative sourcing channels.
Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management:Own and optimize the entire sales funnel from lead acquisition to membership conversion. Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track lead progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements to maximize conversion rates. Ensure consistent follow-through and an exceptional member journey experience.
Client Engagement, Presentations & Club Tours:Deliver high-impact lifestyle presentations, personalized club tours, and consultations tailored to the unique goals and preferences of prospective members. guide the sales team to communicate SFL’s value proposition effectively, ensuring brand consistency and an elevated customer experience.
Sales Leadership & Performance:Encourage sales team in achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly membership targets. Apply advanced negotiation and closing techniques to secure memberships and corporate partnerships. Foster a performance-driven culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction, accountability, and continuous growth.
Reporting, Analytics & Market Insights:Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven Sales & Hospitality Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations within the fitness, hotel, or five-star restaurant industry.
Luxury Service Orientation: Deep understanding of premium guest experience standards, delivering world-class service and building long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Results-Driven Leader: Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals through strategic planning, effective lead management, and strong leadership.
Malasakit-Driven Approach: Demonstrates genuine care, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership in serving both clients and team members—going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and uphold the company’s values.
Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Highly confident in conducting lifestyle consultations, presentations, and club tours tailored to client goals and preferences.
Analytical & Process-Oriented: Experienced in preparing comprehensive sales reports, interpreting market trends, and contributing to process improvements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Capable of mentoring and inspiring sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and malasakit.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or leadership are an advantage.
