We're Hiring: Team Leader for Our Virtual Assistant Team!

Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving results?

Innovately.OPC is expanding and we're looking for a Team Leader to oversee our growing team of talented Virtual Assistants.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of VAs
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality performance
• Handle client escalations and provide proactive solutions
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
• Coordinate with upper management on staffing and operations

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a BPO or VA setup
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with VA tools (ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Must be proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
• Experience with US-based clients is a plus
