We’re currently looking for a Back Office Team Lead to oversee our US Talent Payroll and Onboarding operations. This is a critical leadership position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth payroll processing, strong team performance, and seamless onboarding experience for external employees in the U.S. market.
You’ll be leading a highly capable and collaborative team, driving performance through clear KPIs, audits, process improvements, and hands-on support. Work Location: Onsite – Cebu IT Park (6 Months Onsite, Hybrid Upon Regularization)Work Schedule: Night Shift – 11PM to 8AM PH Time (Aligned to 8AM–5PM US PST)
Pay: ₱33,000.00 - ₱35,000.00 per month
Start Date: ASAP
Reporting Line: PH/US Leadership Team

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Oversee weekly payroll processing for over 400 US-based external employees – ensuring all entries are accurate, on time, and compliant with company policies and US payroll standards.
- Lead day-to-day payroll and onboarding operations; monitor metrics, audit transactions, and support team success through SOPs and process optimization.
- Provide people leadership – coaching, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional growth for your team.
- Partner with leadership to continuously enhance the payroll experience for both clients and team members.
- Champion team engagement initiatives like huddles, recognition programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of solid experience processing US-based or Local PH Human Resource, Payroll, and Compliance, ideally in a high-volume setup.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a shared service, BPO, or operations environment.
- Background in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Management is ideal.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- Confident communicator with excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and team priorities effectively.
- Ready to work in Cebu during the US graveyard shift (hybrid setup upon regularization).
