Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven Senior Team Lead – Employee Engagement & Culture to champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and strengthen workplace culture within our healthcare account. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in building programs that inspire teams, boost morale, and create a meaningful employee journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Employee Insights: Lead the development and analysis of employee surveys to measure engagement, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build Impactful Programs: Design and execute engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Strengthen Communication & Recognition: Promote transparency and lead recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Champion Employee Wellness: Develop and implement wellness programs that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplace.
- Lead Engagement Events: Organize team-building activities, social events, and volunteer opportunities to strengthen collaboration and culture.
- Reward Performance: Manage rewards and recognition frameworks to motivate and retain top talent.
- Drive CSR Initiatives: Lead corporate social responsibility programs that create positive community and environmental impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or BPO/healthcare operations
- Strong project management and program execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace
- Experience handling healthcare or BPO accounts is a plus
