About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing, branding, and creative direction of all our company brands.
This role is responsible for building strong brand equity, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent omnichannel execution across digital, retail, ecommerce, and physical touchpoints.
You will lead both marketing strategy and creative direction, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business goals, sales performance, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across all brands and channels
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Define campaign direction, priorities, and performance targets
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue goals
- Determine product push priorities based on business performance
- Oversee omnichannel execution (digital, retail, ecommerce, social media, stores, consignment)
- Manage the overall marketing and creative calendar
- Own and approve brand identity, visual direction, and campaign aesthetics
- Approve campaign concepts, key visuals, and creative outputs
- Ensure consistency of branding across all platforms
- Guide the creative team in producing high-quality, brand-aligned materials
- Maintain and evolve brand storytelling across all channels
- Oversee campaign assets, shoots, and content quality
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launches
- Define campaign mechanics, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate execution across Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and Ecommerce teams
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives
- Lead and manage Marketing and Creative teams
- Conduct regular team alignment, coaching, and performance reviews
- Set priorities and ensure accountability across teams
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Lead brand partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
- Approve influencer marketing strategy and budgets
- Oversee promotional tie-ups and co-marketing initiatives
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and market presence
- Manage marketing and creative budgets
- Monitor ROI, campaign performance, and sales impact
- Analyze reports and identify growth opportunities
- Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy improvement
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in marketing, branding, or creative leadership
- Strong background in campaign management and marketing strategy
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination
Preferred:
- MBA or Master’s Degree
- Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry
- Experience in ecommerce and performance marketing
- Multi-brand management experience
