Job Title : Unit Manager (Digital Marketing)
The Marketing Manager (Digital Channels & Performance) is responsible for the following:
- Management of direct marketing campaigns across a full range of digital channels
- Briefing and day to day management of external agencies, including overseeing copy and artwork development ensure campaigns are implemented within planned budgets, targets and timeline
- Optimize campaign performance through creative, innovative content executions and A/B testing
- To execute and pursue innovation in all direct marketing campaigns
- To manage, nurture and drive conversion leads on our CRM platform
- Monitor and analyze digital performance of key brands under SM Supermalls
- Collaborate with marketing teams in target setting and goal achievement by providing insights on how to improve and optimize digital performance
- Consolidating digital performance of brands under SM Supermalls and periodically sending of reports to marketing teams and executive management
- Leading knowledge transfers with mall marketing teams on how to monitor, analyze, and optimize digital performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years work experience in digital marketing or direct marketing
- Required skills: Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), interpersonal, team player, willing to be trained, creative, driven and agile
- Proficiency or knowledge in CRM is an advantage
