Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate must be able to conceptualize, plan, execute, monitor, and improve digital campaigns that build brand authority, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.
This role goes beyond simply posting on Facebook. We need someone who can develop competitive content, research market trends, understand audience behavior, and convert online engagement into qualified client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s digital marketing strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and online lead generation efforts.
The role includes:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, email, website, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans aligned with company goals, promotions, webinars, program launches, and sales targets.
- Conceptualize creative and competitive content including posts, reels, videos, ads, captions, email campaigns, landing pages, and webinar promotions.
- Research market trends, immigration updates, competitors, client pain points, and content opportunities to keep campaigns timely, accurate, and competitive.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns that attract qualified prospects for consultations, webinars, orientations, and service inquiries.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms when applicable.
- Coordinate with sales team and management to ensure campaigns are executed properly and on time.
- Monitor digital performance and campaign results including reach, engagement, leads, registrations, inquiries, cost per lead, and conversion support.
- Improve brand visibility, online credibility, and audience engagement through consistent, professional, and high-quality digital content.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the company’s brand, services, and target market.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or any related field.
Equivalent experience may be considered if the candidate has a strong portfolio and proven results.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Lead, Marketing Strategist, Growth Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Preferably with experience in any of the following industries:
Immigration consultancyStudy abroad / international education
Visa services
Training or review centers
Professional licensing
Recruitment or manpower
Travel and tourism
Real estate
Financial services
High-ticket service sales
B2C and B2B lead generation
Experience in the immigration, global mobility, or education industry is a strong advantage but not required if the candidate is a fast researcher and strong strategist.
