Job Title: Project Manager – TikTok Campaign (Project-Based)
We are looking for a Project Manager to collaborate on a project-based engagement focused on leading a TikTok campaign tailored to the Indonesian market. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of a content strategy, with the ultimate goal of marketing our company’s services to the Indonesian audience.
Key Responsibilities:
l Manage the overall TikTok account and campaign strategy
l Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
l Conduct market research focused on TikTok trends and audience behavior in Indonesia
l Coordinate content creation aligned with current TikTok trends and brand messaging
l Oversee boosting strategies and performance optimization for posts
l Collaborate with internal teams or creators to ensure on-brand and timely content delivery
l Track campaign progress, provide regular updates, and adjust strategy as needed
Campaign Target:
Promote and position our company’s services effectively within the Indonesian market through a data-driven, trend-aware TikTok strategy.
Requirements:
l Proven experience managing digital or social media projects
l Strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform tools, and audience engagement strategies
l Demonstrated ability to plan and execute content within a defined timeline
l Experience with social media boosting and performance tracking
l Excellent communication and organizational skills
l Familiarity with TikTok audiences and cultural nuances in Indonesia is a strong plus
