Project Manager | Onsite| Night Shift
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge the gap between physical production and digital commerce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the dynamics of supply chains and production workflows, and has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage manufacturing and e-commerce-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee implementation of systems like ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, IT, and digital marketing.
- Monitor production milestones and ensure alignment with digital sales and inventory systems.
- Manage third-party vendors and coordinate integrations between physical operations and e-commerce tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and quality issues.
- Ensure regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements are met for both manufacturing and online sales.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Prepare post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 4–8 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing and e-commerce operations.
- Prior experience working with digital commerce systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS).
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Effective leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Understanding of data flows between operational systems and front-end platforms.
