We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Willing to be assign in either Manila project or Siquijor project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, resource management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project, including defining scope, preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and developing project plans and schedules. They will negotiate and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, manage resources and logistics, and ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.The role includes monitoring team performance, maintaining inventory, securing permits, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Willing to work in Manila or Siquijor, including extended hours if needed
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
- Knowledgeable in construction management best practices and software
- Familiar with current industry rules and regulations
- At least 5 years as a Project Manager
- Experience in both high end high-rise projects, with risk management expertise
