The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of EV charging station installations. This role is vital in ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, contributing to the seamless experience of the entire installation process.
You will work closely with customers, field technicians, and various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding scheduling, progress, and completion of installations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and clear communication.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage the scheduling of installations, ensuring that all appointments are efficiently coordinated.
- Coordinate with field technicians, contractors, and other team members to optimize scheduling and minimize delays.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer appointments, project statuses, and technician availability.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays and proactively inform customers of any changes.
Program Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of EV charging station installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Track project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ensure all necessary permits and paperwork are in place for each installation.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, installation timelines, and service issues.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction, installation status, and other key performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow-up communications.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
- Participate in team meetings to review project status, customer feedback, and any potential improvements to processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- College diploma or equivalent in Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a similar role (experience in the EV or construction industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of scheduling software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan,etc.).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and installation processes.
- Experience working with field technicians or service teams.
