  1. Job Summary

The Inventory Staff is responsible for monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and supplies. The role ensures proper documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to inventory control procedures to support uninterrupted production and distribution operations.

  1. Key Responsibilities
 A.  Inventory Monitoring & Recording
  • Record all incoming and outgoing materials in the inventory system (manual or digital).
  • Maintain updated and accurate daily stock levels.
  • Conduct regular physical counts (daily cycle count, weekly, or monthly).
  • Reconcile variances between system inventory and physical count.
 B.  Receiving & Issuance
  • Verify quantity and quality of received raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
  • Ensure proper documentation such as DRs, invoices, MRR, and stock cards.
  • Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions (PR/MI slip).
  • Monitor FEFO/ FIFO for raw materials and finished goods.
 C.  Warehouse Documentation
  • Maintain accurate logs and inventory reports (stock cards, bin cards, issuance reports).
  • Document damaged, expired, or slow-moving items and prepare incident reports.
  • Update inventory reports for management review.
 D.  Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, QA, and Logistics regarding material requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries and proper storage/disposition of materials.
  • Support audit activities by providing records and reports.
 E.  Compliance & Warehouse Standards
  • Ensure adherence to warehouse housekeeping, 5S, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain proper storage practices to prevent contamination, spoilage, or damage.
  • Follow food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) for handling materials in a food manufacturing environment.
  1. Qualifications
  • College level or graduate of Business, Supply Chain, or related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations (FMCG/food manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, stock handling, and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or inventory software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • With knowledge in SAP

  • Ability to lift or move materials (10–20 kg when needed).
