Inventory & Demand Associate

Inventory & Demand Planning Associate to help manage stock levels, forecast product needs, and support supply chain operations. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure products are available on time and inventory processes run efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain experience in inventory and demand planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Assist in demand forecasting using historical sales data and market trends
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track stock movements, shipments, and deliveries for accuracy
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply chain performance
- Identify and resolve inventory or supply-related issues proactively
- Support process improvements to optimize inventory and demand planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning
- Solid understanding of inventory control, demand forecasting, and supply planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
