We’re currently seeking a Travel Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team and support our travel accounts with care, precision, and professionalism.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field a plus
- 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in travel or hospitality
- Familiarity with GDS (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) or travel booking platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if needed
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help people.
