Posted on 4 June 2025- Creates and Implements the preventive maintenance program for Belcris Buildings and Facilities
- Ensures the suitability for occupancy and integrity of the building and facilities.
- Reviews the work and deliverables of Facilities and Building Maintenance personnel.
- Prepares and implements budget for Facility and Building Maintenance Section.
- Prepares and Submits required reports on time.
- Manages the performance and disciplinary actions of subordinates.
- Adheres to company's Vision, Mission and Core Values
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate Supervisor.
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related course
- At least 2 years working experience in a food processing plant.
- Can perform in-line troubleshooting. Technical knowledge (building systems), project management, leadership, problem solving, budget management.
- Computer literacy, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Proactive, team-oriented, adaptable, can work under pressure
- Registered Civil Engineer with master plumber license is an advantage
